A full-day, two-party mediation is offered at a fixed fee of $4,000 plus GST, providing clarity and cost certainty from the outset.
Fees may be shared equally, apportioned between the parties, or met by a third party, as agreed.
Concession rates may be available for not-for-profit and public sector matters.
Preferential arrangements can also be established or may exist with affiliated organisations, panel appointments and ongoing engagements.
Complex engagements, including multi-party disputes, co-mediation, Supreme Court litigation, dispute boards and collaborative processes, are scoped and priced to reflect the nature, complexity and requirements of each matter.
